Are we allowed to bring our dogs?
No, we are sorry but dogs are not allowed in the sanctuary as they agitate our animals.
Are our tickets transferable?
No, tickets can only be used for the day you have purchased them for due to the current cap on number of people in the sanctuary. In the future we will be happy to amend this however for the time being whilst we are under strict social distancing guidelines we will not be able to allow tickets to be transfered to another day.
How does the 7 Day Return for £1 offer work?
Visitors may return to the Sanctuary within 7 days of their visit for just £1 per person. You must have entered the Sanctuary and have valid proof of entry to the Sanctuary, ie a valid entry ticket. So please retain your tickets. If you do not have a ticket you will not be able to benefit from this offer, no exceptions. Online prebooked tickets, or proof of purchase does not provide proof of entry.
